We are committed to 10% Customer Satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Lil Tweets Toy purchase, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.  Merchandise MUST be returned within 7 days after receiving your order.  All products will need to be in their original unused condition.  Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.  A refund will be issued, but the original shipping fees are not refundable, unless of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error.
